Low calorie, simple, healthy and gluten free – these protein pancakes are perfect for breakfast and on the go snacking.
Here is an uncomplicated recipe for the best banana protein pancake mix:
Total Time Required: 10 minutes
1 cup of gluten free oats (Available from Nature’s Choice:
4 teaspoons of gluten free baking powder
1 egg white
2 scoops of whey protein (any flavor works well)
A pinch of salt
Mix above ingredients in a blender
Heat a non-stick pancake pan on low
Drop desired amount of the healthy pancake mix in pan
Flip pancake when the crust around the pancake forms a crust
Add cinnamon if desired
And your protein pancakes are ready for you to enjoy.
