I’ve been documenting my healthy eating routine on “My Story” on Instagram since I frequently get asked what I do to stay in shape on social media.
Protein pancakes make for a quick and filling snack or breakfast, here’s a recipe that takes ten minutes to prepare.
1 cup of oats
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 egg white
2 scoops of whey protein (any flavor works well)
A pinch of salt
Mix above ingredients in a blender
Heat a non-stick pancake pan on low
Drop desired amount in pan
Flip pancake when the crust around the pancake forms a crust
Add cinnamon if desired
And your protein pancakes are ready for you to enjoy.
