I have personally noticed a rise in the amount of fake beauty products in South Africa. Please do not purchase counterfeit beauty products and report accounts that sell fake goods immediately.

Besides these products being illegal, they pose serious health risks, as counterfeit products contain harmful bacteria including toxins which will have undesirable long-term effects on your skin. Always ensure you know where the beauty products you purchase are made and be aware of the ingredient list before applying it to you skin.
