Maintaining a healthy skincare routine is essential for achieving a radiant complexion. One crucial step in any skincare regimen is cleansing your face thoroughly to get rid of dirt, oil, and impurities. But with so many cleansers out there, it can be challenging to choose the right one for your skin type.

To help you out, I’ve compiled a list of the top most popular facial cleansers available in 2023:

If you have normal to dry skin, this lightweight gel cleanser is a must-try. This Neutrogena face wash contains hyaluronic acid, which helps hydrate the skin without leaving it feeling tight or dry. This cult-favorite cleanser is perfect for those who prefer a no-rinse option. It removes makeup and dirt effectively while still being gentle on the skin. 5. Fresh Soy Face Cleanser:
Formulated with soy proteins and cucumber extract, this gentle cleanser is suitable for all skin types. It helps to soothe and hydrate the skin while removing impurities. Here are some of my personal favourite facial cleansers that I have tried and love which are not the top five most popular cleansers at the moment:

6. Bioderma Atoderm Gel Moussant:
This is a gentle, non-foaming cleanser that is specifically formulated for dry, sensitive skin. It contains natural ingredients like glycerin and niacinamide which help to soothe and protect the skin’s natural barrier. It is also fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, and non-comedogenic, making it suitable for even the most sensitive skin types. Bioderma Atoderm Facial Cleanser can effectively remove dirt, oil, and makeup without stripping the skin of its natural oils, leaving your skin feeling clean, soft, and hydrated. I recommend this face wash if you are using retinoids which can be harsh on your skin or having harsh and stripping chemical peels done or if you have extra dry skin during the winter season.

7. Bioderma Sebium Gel Moussant Actif:
This is a new addition to the Bioderma range. A foaming gel that is specially formulated for oily and acne-prone skin. It contains active ingredients like zinc and copper which help to regulate sebum production and purify the skin. It is also enriched with salicylic acid which gently exfoliates the skin and unclogs pores, preventing the formation of blackheads and pimples. Bioderma Sebium Gel Moussant Actif can effectively remove dirt, oil, and impurities from the skin without drying it out, leaving your skin feeling clean, clear, and refreshed. It is also hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic, making it suitable for even the most sensitive skin types. I’m currently using this cleanser and repurchased a second one – I also can’t remember the last time I got a blackhead! Hello clear skin.
